Shipping policy

RAY CABINETRY LLC SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND PICKUP POLICY

Effective Date: October 3, 2026

This policy governs shipping, delivery, and warehouse pickup for products purchased through Ray Cabinetry LLC.

“Ray Cabinetry,” “RC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Ray Cabinetry LLC. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” mean the person or entity purchasing products from RC.

This policy forms part of RC’s Terms and Conditions.

  1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

RC may offer shipping within the United States where supported by the applicable supplier or carrier.

Available shipping methods, prices, and geographic eligibility will appear at checkout or in a written quote.

Shipping rates may be based on:

• Delivery destination
• Order value
• Product type or classification
• Supplier requirements
• Carrier requirements
• Freight access requirements
• Other delivery conditions

A displayed shipping rate may be corrected before RC submits the order to the supplier if the rate was based on an incorrect address, inaccurate information, a website error, or materially different delivery conditions.

If a shipping correction materially increases the cost, RC will contact the Customer before submitting the order.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ADDRESSES

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address, email address, and working telephone number.

The Customer must notify RC of any address error before the order is submitted to the supplier.

After supplier submission, an address change is not guaranteed and may result in additional freight, redelivery, storage, administrative, or supplier charges.

RC is not responsible for delays, losses, or added expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the Customer.

  1. ESTIMATED AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES

Typical supplier availability is approximately:

• Unassembled cabinets: 1–3 business days
• Assembled cabinets: approximately two weeks

These are estimates only. The estimated period begins after RC receives payment, the Customer gives all required approvals, and the supplier accepts the order.

Transit and delivery time are additional.

Availability and delivery may be affected by:

• Supplier inventory
• Assembly workload
• Backorders
• Product changes
• Holidays
• Weather
• Freight capacity
• Carrier delays
• Material shortages
• Circumstances outside RC’s reasonable control

RC does not guarantee an availability, shipment, delivery, or pickup date.

  1. ASSEMBLY AND SHIPPING TIME

Optional assembly is available for eligible cabinet units at $30 per eligible cabinet unless a written quote states otherwise.

Assembly applies only to eligible cabinet units. It does not include panels, fillers, moldings, trim, trays, accessories, or installation.

Selecting assembly increases the estimated product lead time to approximately two weeks.

  1. DELIVERY METHOD

Unless RC’s written quote expressly states otherwise, freight delivery may be curbside or to the carrier’s standard accessible delivery point.

Standard delivery does not include:

• Inside placement
• Carrying products upstairs or downstairs
• Unpacking
• Packaging removal
• Debris removal
• Assembly
• Installation
• Moving existing property
• Jobsite preparation

The Customer must confirm the specific carrier service and delivery requirements before delivery.

  1. DELIVERY ACCESS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer must ensure that the delivery address can safely and lawfully accommodate the delivery vehicle and products.

The Customer is responsible for:

• Safe and reasonable property access
• Necessary gate or community access
• Required building or loading-dock arrangements
• Parking or delivery permissions
• A responsible adult being present when required
• Protecting the products from weather after delivery
• Providing sufficient help or equipment for unloading when the carrier does not provide unloading

The Customer is responsible for additional charges caused by:

• A missed delivery appointment
• An unavailable recipient
• Refused delivery
• An incorrect address
• Address correction
• Redelivery
• Storage
• Limited-access conditions
• Liftgate requirements
• Site restrictions
• Other Customer-caused conditions

  1. DELIVERY INSPECTION

The Customer must inspect the shipment promptly.

When reasonably possible, the Customer should complete the following steps before the carrier leaves:

  1. Count the cartons, pallets, and cabinet units.

  2. Compare the shipment with the delivery paperwork.

  3. Inspect the packaging and visible product surfaces for damage.

  4. Write all visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  5. Do not sign the delivery receipt as “clear” if visible damage or shortages exist.

  6. Photograph the products, cartons, packaging, pallet, labels, visible damage, and delivery receipt.

Signing a delivery receipt without noting visible damage may limit the ability to recover from the carrier or supplier.

  1. DAMAGE, SHORTAGE, OR INCORRECT ITEM CLAIMS

Visible damage, shortages, and incorrect items must be reported to RC within 48 hours after delivery.

Claims must be emailed to raycabinetryllc@gmail.com and include:

• The Customer’s name
• Order or invoice number
• Product code
• Affected quantity
• A clear description of the issue
• Wide and close photographs of the product
• Photographs of packaging and labels
• A photograph of the delivery receipt
• Photographs showing the surrounding conditions when relevant

The Customer must retain all products, cartons, pallets, labels, and packaging until RC or the manufacturer confirms in writing that they may be discarded.

The Customer must not install, assemble, modify, repair, return, or discard a damaged or incorrect product without written authorization.

Failure to report a visible issue within 48 hours or failure to retain the required evidence may prevent recovery from the carrier or supplier and may result in denial of the claim.

  1. CONCEALED DAMAGE

A concealed defect or damage not reasonably visible at delivery must be reported promptly after discovery.

The Customer must stop work on the affected item and follow the documentation requirements above.

Installing or modifying a product after discovering a problem may prevent an available carrier or manufacturer remedy.

  1. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

RC is not responsible for carrier delays, supplier delays, backorders, weather events, labor interruptions, material shortages, or other circumstances outside RC’s reasonable control.

The Customer should not schedule demolition, installers, countertops, plumbers, electricians, other trades, property occupancy, or dependent work based solely on an estimated delivery date.

Dependent work should be scheduled only after the complete order has been received, opened, counted, and inspected.

  1. REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

The Customer may be responsible for return freight, redelivery, storage, supplier charges, and other costs when a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because of Customer-provided information or site conditions.

Refusing a shipment does not automatically cancel the order or entitle the Customer to a refund.

If a shipment has visible damage, the Customer should document the damage and contact RC for instructions rather than refusing the shipment unless the carrier or RC specifically directs otherwise.

  1. RISK DURING CUSTOMER HANDLING

After products have been delivered or released for pickup, the Customer is responsible for protecting them from weather, moisture, impact, theft, improper storage, unsafe transport, and third-party handling.

Damage occurring after delivery or warehouse release is not considered a manufacturing defect or transit claim unless evidence establishes otherwise.

  1. HOW TO SCHEDULE HIGHLAND WAREHOUSE PICKUP

RC will provide the Customer with an invoice number after the order is placed and RC receives the necessary supplier information.

The Customer must wait for RC to confirm that the order is ready or available before scheduling pickup.

After receiving the invoice number and availability confirmation, the Customer must:

  1. Call Highland Cabinetry at 303-576-6677.

  2. Call on the business day before the requested pickup date.

  3. Request an available pickup time for the following business day.

  4. Provide the invoice number when scheduling.

  5. Bring the invoice number to the warehouse.

  6. Bring photo identification and any authorization requested by RC or Highland Cabinetry.

A person picking up for the Customer must be authorized and have the correct invoice number.

Do not travel to the warehouse until the pickup has been scheduled and confirmed.

  1. PICKUP VEHICLE AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS

The Customer is responsible for bringing:

• A vehicle suitable for the size and weight of the order
• Adequate cargo space
• Proper tie-downs and load-securement equipment
• Weather protection
• Any additional people or equipment needed to unload safely at the destination

Warehouse loading assistance does not transfer responsibility for vehicle capacity, safe load distribution, weather protection, or lawful securement.

RC or Highland Cabinetry may decline to load an unsafe or unsuitable vehicle.

The Customer is responsible for damage that occurs during or after loading because of an unsuitable vehicle, improper securement, weather exposure, transportation, unloading, storage, or third-party handling.

  1. PICKUP INSPECTION

Before leaving the Highland Cabinetry Warehouse, the Customer or authorized pickup person should:

  1. Count all cartons, cabinets, and loose items.

  2. Compare the items with the pickup documents.

  3. Inspect packaging and visible product surfaces.

  4. Note visible damage or shortages on the pickup documents.

  5. Take photographs of the items, packaging, labels, and any visible damage.

Visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to RC within 48 hours after pickup.

All packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved.

  1. PICKUP LEAD TIMES

Typical Highland Cabinetry availability is approximately:

• Unassembled cabinets: 1–3 business days
• Assembled cabinets: approximately two weeks

These times are estimates only.

The Customer must not schedule or attempt pickup until RC provides the invoice information and confirms that the order is available.

  1. STORAGE AND UNCLAIMED PRODUCTS

Products must be picked up within the timeframe communicated by RC or the supplier.

Delayed pickup may result in storage charges, rescheduling, transfer, or other supplier charges.

RC is not responsible for costs or delays caused by the Customer’s failure to schedule or complete pickup promptly.

  1. MANUFACTURER AND CARRIER REMEDIES

Shipping or pickup damage does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Available remedies may include inspection, replacement parts, repair, product replacement, carrier compensation, supplier credit, or another remedy approved by the carrier or manufacturer.

Manufacturer and carrier documentation, eligibility, and claim decisions apply.
