Customer service inquiries should include the Customer’s full name and, when applicable, the order or invoice number.

Business hours and response times may vary. Messages received outside normal business hours will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible.

HIGHLAND CABINETRY WAREHOUSE PICKUP

The following location is available only for scheduled pickup of eligible Highland Cabinetry orders. It is not Ray Cabinetry LLC’s office, showroom, mailing address, or general customer-service location.

Warehouse hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., excluding holidays, closures, and schedule changes.

Do not travel to the warehouse until Ray Cabinetry LLC confirms that the order is available and provides the required invoice number.

After receiving that confirmation, the Customer must call Highland Cabinetry on the business day before the requested pickup date to schedule an available pickup time for the following business day. The invoice number must be provided when scheduling and again at pickup.
